| hiPP.com.au is a wholesaler. we only sell to selected retailers and businesses engaged in event organisation, manufacturing or re-packaging of goods. otherwise please view a list of our stockists in your area using this link. |

what is your minimum order? |
| minimum order value is $150 +GST (Australia only) (please note 'sorted - home + office' min 1st order value is $500 ex gst) |
| what if my order is below the minimum? |
| if your order is below $150 ex gst it will attract a $25 + gst below minimum handling fee (not including freight charges) - excluding 'sorted - home + office' strictly $500 min 1st order |
| when am I expected to pay for my order? |

unless you are currently an account holder with hiPP.com.au payment is required with your order. our customer service team is also able to provide a pro-forma invoice when your order is placed and payment can then be made. Please note order will not proceed until payment is received. |
| how can I pay for my order? |
| payment methods are credit card (Visa or MasterCard), cheque payable to hiPP.com.au or direct deposit into the nominated hiPP.com.au bank account provided on your pro-forma invoice. |
| can I open an account with hiPP.com.au? |
| to be eligible to apply for an account with hiPP.com.au you must trade with us for a minimum of 6 months with an aggregate purchase of $1500 ex gst during this 6 month period and satisfy our account opening procedures. |
| do I have to pay for delivery? |
| orders between $150 - $300 ex gst attract a $20 + gst charge for handling &/or delivery into all Australian capital cities. orders of $300 (ex gst) or greater are quoted as delivered free into all Australian capital cities. onforwarding outside Australian capital cities will incur an additional charge, this will appear on the invoice as “non metro onforwarding charge”. please note onforwarding charges are based on the size & weight of your order and this can be quoted upon request. |

can I organise my own pick up of an order? |
| you are welcome to pick up an order yourself or organise your own courier company for pick up from our head office in East Brunswick, Victoria, Australia. |
| when can I expect my delivery? |
| delivery is approximately 5 - 10 business days from order placed for account holders or from date of receipt of payment by head office for pro-forma customers. if further delays are expected you will be notified by our customer service team. |

can I order online? |
| you are welcome to order online. if you do not currently have a login and password fill out the form at this link and you will be issued with a login and password within approximately 1 business day. alternatively, you are also welcome to fax your order to 03 9388 2032 (+613 9388 2032) or email info@hipp.com.au, orders are not accepted by phone. |
| can I have a different coloured base & lid? |
| yes, however, you are required to order a minimum quantity of 50 units of each. please contact us with details. |
| can you make special packaging to my requirements? |

at hiPP.com.au we have the ability to make custom bags and cardboard packaging to suit your requirements. ranging from things as simple branding options on stock items or start from scratch with full customisation. minimum quantities and some setup charges apply. to make an enquiry please contact us here |
